Massage

Each massage session is tailored to address your individual needs. Prior to each massage, Katie will discuss your goals and desires for the treatment session; then, based on your health history and current concerns, Katie composes a unique massage session by incorporating a variety of massage techniques to most effectively promote your health and wellbeing.

Swedish Massage is a series of broad, flowing strokes to gently relax the nervous system, promote circulation, relieve muscle pain and tension, and reduce stress.

Lymphatic Massage is a very light, flowing massage that uses slow, gentle strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate toxins and promote increased immune function in the body.

Reflexology combines pressure, stretch and movement to the hands and feet, which stimulate reflex points corresponding to different areas of the body. This is an effective tool to gently address stress and pain throughout the body.

Precision Neuromuscular Therapy addresses musculoskeletal pain through focused, precise assessment and treatment of specific muscles and connective tissues in the body, to relieve tension and pain.

Lomi Lomi is a traditional native Hawaiian healing practice of rhythmic massage which includes a variety of both relaxing and stimulating strokes, along with stretching and rocking of the body.

Acupressure entails the use of precise, sustained pressure on set acupressure points on the body to stimulate optimal functioning of body systems.

Aromatherapy Massage incorporates essential oils applied directly onto the body, or diffused into the air to stimulate the central nervous system, alleviating tension and fatigue, while invigorating the entire body.

Spa Services

Foot Treatment: A 30 min treatment begins with an aromatherapy foot bath, followed by an invigorating peppermint sea salt foot scrub, and a therapeutic foot massage with special focus on foot reflexology points.

Facial Massage Package: A 45 minute treatment beginning with an aromatherapy facial steam, followed by a therapeutic facial massage, including the head, neck and shoulders. The session ends with a honey nutmeg scrub mask to improve tone, increase circulation, and enhance that special glow.
